Soft Landscaping

Whilst the hard landscaping provides the framework it is the plants that make the space a garden.

By careful planting of a garden you can change the ambiance of the area, screen an unwanted view, reduce and disguise background noise, create scents and provide edible fruits and herbs.

Many factors such as aspect, soil conditions and maintenance requirements will affect which plants are suitable but with a little thought we can produce a planting plan which will meet the clients needs and thrive on the site.

Our planting projects have ranged from adding just a few extra plants to fill gaps in an existing border to planting many thousands of shrubs, trees and herbaceous plants to create a whole new landscape. We can plant mature trees and shrubs up to about 25ft high giving an instant impact.

Soft landscaping also includes lawns and meadows.
